The West Chester University Enactus Team
Below is a summary of who forms our team and what their jobs involve. We are all part of one large team of committee members, project leaders and our strong group of project members. Leads WCU Enactus to carry out the organizations mission, vision and rules. Acts as the official liaison between WCU, Enactus of WCU and West Chester. Advises and mentors the group in all final decisions. |
Oversees progress of Executive Board members. Takes responsibilities of President or Secretary in a time of absence. Assists in team’s arrival to Nationals. |
· Assigns and oversees all project leaders. Ensures plans, are created for all projects and committee leaders report progress. |
Marketing & Public RelationsRaises public awareness of Enactus events. Maintains brand management. Manages team’s social media, orgsync and official webpage. |
Treasurer· Keeps financial records of Enactus of WCU. Works with the head of projects to compile a budget plan for all projects, and committees. In charge of preparing the annual budget report, and plan. |
Presentation & DesignCollaborates with project leaders to plan annual report and presentation. Collects photos and data for repots. Responsible for the completion of the Annual Report, script, and visual aids necessary for Nationals. |
Secretary· Keeps records of new and alumni members. Records, maintains, and distributes meeting minutes. Liaison between Enactus partners and the team. |
Research ManagerDesigns and implements research related to projects. Ensures the team complies with all federal and university regulations. Retains signed consent forms for all current and past projects. Collects and information for all projects to measure their impact to ensure they maintain sustainable. |
Recruitment Officer· Recruits new members. Conducts orientations and socials. Establishes records for new members. Organizes and tabulates votes during elections. |
